The Dearborn County Register - Police officer resigns before child solicitation arrest

Same to you, Steve Jackson, Kirsten Jackson, Amber Mclain, Michelle Fentress, Jeffery Sharp, Officer Todd Click, Debra Mckennery, Ron Featherstone, Maria Brasshart, Officer Bryan Fields, Beth Slayback, ............Jarred Daush! No execuse for a *KID LOG* stating lied again, told same story of Abuse 2.5 Months later after The oh so Respected Officer Vern McBride being the man that he is "I assure you, I have enough information from Jacob and Gracie Jackson, along with the Yorktown Police Department's (Honorable) Police, Delaware CPS, ...........to take ALL the Prosecutor on Monday!" "What does that mean sir?" Gracie. "Yea, we are really, rally scared, my head is hurting bad right now just talking about this, I don't like it and I never want to see him" "or her,Keeter, ever again!" Jake and Grace AFTER seperate, taped and later trascribed Police reports. Officer McBride, was at that time, very comforting to Jake and Grace. He was new, a Patrolman, and a Father of 2 himself. Patrolman McBribe told Jake and Grace, "this is not my decision, although I believe after the Prosecutor sees these reports, you to will not be in danger from your Dad anymore."
Jake and Grace got in the car for the 2-2.5 hour drive home and wnt right to sleep, there was no celebration.
Little did they know with-in 2 Months - they would be FORSED to leave the comforts "of their warm, loving, and caring - a Home that encourage creativity, learning, music, gardening, all the a child needs for education and to thrive in emotions and childhood development." Violet Robbinson, Dearborn County CPS home visit. She actually told all of, "This has been one of the most enjoyable Saturday Afternoon's I have had in quite some time - and she spent 6 hours here -2 at dad's.
Violet Robbinson's recomendation to the Court, as with the 2 prior (Dr Bob Pimloft stating it word be devastating to remove Jacob and Grace from their Mother! not 9 months earlier.) Supervised visitation with their Father at the Paternal Grandparents home!
Now why would 2 (of #'s) of people change their minds in months? One EVIL comes to mind which can be heard on Voices of Jake and Grace! Violet Robison's excuse, " you phoned me with your concerns? Yes, Guilty, on Violet's Report to make a Custody Evaluation short, evaluatio Grace states, anong many other things, "I never wish to see my real Dad ever aagain! He hurts me and Cali (gracie's Dog), but he hurts Jake worse and that hurts me worse!" Jake says the same, "He is hurting us bad! He grabs as by the arms and or the legs, what ever he can grab, and throws us against the furniture, the walls, or outside on the concrete!" "hHe is mean to Cali, Kirsten is mean, even Art and Bet (Paternal GrandParents) do not like her. She is even mean to him.
In the middle of the ABUSE the Judge, James B. Morris, Orders an "In Chambers Conferance!" Jake and Grace come running out of Chamber, Crying hysterically, "We told him what they are doing to us, (Barely Legable) Mommy, he DOES NOT believe us, He said we are Liars!" In the mean time the Opposing Attorney walks by, while I am sitting on the floor with the children, they CLIMB behind my dress while she states, "Look how Tramatized she has those kids!" "There are some people down here want to see you (dad, kirsten,her parent's) can you come down and see them? Jake and Grace are crying behind my back and to Gabe, 'Please make her leave, she is a Monster!"
I go in for the hearing on Contempt, Mind you their are aready several Yorktown Police Report's, School Councelor Reports, CPS from Delaware Co IN Reports, The Professional Therapist's Report's!
I expect the Judge to at least Order Superzised Visit's with Officer Mc'Bride's Report "NO! He looks at me and states "Should You do anything to intefere with Mr. Jackson's visitation, what-so-ever, I Will cahage CUSTODY!" "But your Honor he is hurting Jake and Grace, physically!" "Did I ask for a responce from you?" "No Sir."
Judge Morris " Do You UNDERSTAND what I am saying to you? You are to call NO POLICE, NO CPS/NO DFC, YOU ARE TO PHONE NO-ONE!! I WILL CHANGE CUSTODY, I WILL DO YOU UNDERSTAND??? ARE YOU SURE??
DISMISSED!
